I’ll go out on a limb to say you like food too.
Paleo (particularly the Auto Immune Protocol) has helped turn my health around.
That being said, I like to make food that tastes good, even if it’s lacking the standard ingredients (meaning gluten, eggs, soy, corn, nightshades, and grains)
